I haven’t been around much on Tumblr, but I had to post this song and add it to my collection of musique on this blog. Much like their cover of Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” (clickie here), I’m getting all my life from Taka’s English. I swear, every single time ONE OK ROCK releases a song in English o covers and English song, Taka just sounds better and better. His words become more pronounced and clear, he sounds more and more confident, and it’s just wonderful. It makes me happy to just sit back and think, I remember back in “Keep It Real” days when I barely understood that English was a thing in the song and now, we’ve got songs like “Be the light” that just showcase how far he’s come. Not tot mention this song is just absolutely beautiful lyrically and melodically. ;A; I’m so proud to be an OOR fan. Seriously. Okay, I’m done rambling. Enjoy the lovely song and if you haven’t already find some way to listen to the new 人生x僕= album. It really is gold. ♥
